The description of the paths is accompanied by the tracks. Keep in mind that, given the rapid change of places, descriptions and tracks are purely indicative. We also remember that some paths, in case of rain or strong wind, can be dangerous.
In Tenerife public transport works well enough, so, especially in the Park of Anaga, you can use the public transport (Guagua) to reach the beginning of the path. At the end of the excursion it will be possible, in many cases, to take some public transport again to come back home.
In this way you can often double the range of the excursion. Also you don’t have to redo the same road back. In particular it is often possible to start near the ridge, down through different environments, (depending on altitude) and come down to the sea.
